Kansas City Automotive Museum Events Contract
All Kansas City Automotive Museum (KCAM) contracts are to be paid by 20% prepayment to reserve your event. This is a 20% non-refundable deposit. Order balance is due 7 days prior of your event.
Customer agrees to provide KCAM with a preliminary guest count upon signing of this agreement. Final guest count required prior 7 days prior to event. Customer may increase guest count no more than 20% if increase is at least 72 hours prior to event. KCAM will bill Customer for additional guests (when applicable).
Customer agrees to assume all responsibilities for and to reimburse Kansas City Automotive Museum for all cost associated with any damage to vehicles, equipment and facility.
Customer and guests must abide by all KCAM policies listed below:
NO disruptive behavior
NO smoking inside museum
NO outside food or beverage
Report lost children to the front desk
DO NOT TOUCH any vehicles on display
Please keep phones on vibrate or silent
Please report unusual activity to museum staff
Alcohol may only be consumed in designated areas
Please do not cross stanchions/marked boundaries
1st time violators will be warned
2nd time violators will be asked to leave
Minors must remain under parental supervision at all times
Lost & found is located at museum entrance. Ask receptionist for assistance.
Board of health requires all visitors to wear appropriate attire when in museum
Intoxication or use of controlled substances is not permitted on museum property
Damage of any museum property may result in prosecution and violator(s) will be asked to leave. Parents/Guardians will be responsible for damage made by minors.
KCAM reserves the right to eject anyone from property if any policies are broken.
KCAM and any staff/volunteers are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. KCAM is not responsible for items left in function room prior to, during, or following the Customer’s function.
Should it be necessary for the Customer to cancel this function after this contract has been signed, all deposits will be considered non-refundable.
Photography is permitted.
Additionally, Kansas City Automotive Museum reserves the right to unlimited use of photographs taken at event site, including the right to use images for self-promotion and marketing.
Price may increase based off the number of attendees. Price may increase if event exceeds reserved time.
Building Capacity of 300 may not be exceeded at any time.
Smoking is prohibited. There is no smoking within the museum's vehicles, facility and within 10 feet of any entrance or exit. A $250 fine will be automatically added to your rental total.
